Located on the Milford shore this property sits a bit higher than the rest giving you the best views possible.My neighbor boasts that the only way to get closer to the water is to be on a boat!!The covered porch provides a great place to dine and relax. Renovated in the 80's to become a year round residence this property has features that most beach houses do not have. It is cooled by the breezes off Long Island Sound or you may use the CENTRAL air conditioning, if you prefer.The house is spacious and allows plenty of room for living and entertaining. There are 5 bedrooms, TWO are on the FIRST floor. The bedrooms are large for a beach house and provide sleeping for entire families traveling with small children. Three of the Bedrooms have TV's.THE DINING ROOM TABLE SEATS 12!Milford has great family shopping! We have a WHOLE FOODS, TRADER JOES AND COSTCO, ALL WITHIN 3 MILES OF THE BEACH HOUSE!CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN INSTALLED.We have just added a THIRD FULL Bathroom for our Guests to use and enjoy!
Large, open working kitchen, family can assist in cooking by cutting and chopping and you won't be in eachothers way.

Bedroom 3 - is a direct waterfront with a large balcony for the enjoyment of your first cup of coffee. It is a very large room with a king and two twins bed so children can stay with their parents.
Bedroom 5 - is Huge, has a queen and twin trundle beds. It is a trundle style to give the bedroom more room. This Bedroom has it's own Private Bathroom!

This wonderful large home is ALL yours for your elected dates. The entire yard, street side and beach side is yours as well ! The driveway holds 4/5 cars depending on how carefully you park.
I live in this same private bay, between Pond Pt and Welshes Pt in Milford, CT. I am nearby for any reason you might need. I will be available to greet you and show you around. I can answer any questions you might have about the area because I live here!
The Neighborhood is typical of a beach community ~ the houses range in design from Cabins to Castles and lots in between. There is a local Bar diagonal to the house. MANY GUESTS visit the Beach Comer while staying with us. It is your typical local watering hole.
Cars are the best way to get around locally. Milford does have a train station with an express to NYC taking approx 1.5 hrs. The house is on a bus line.
GUESTS MUST RECYCLE ! Milford is very strict regarding recycling.Each Guest must be willing to sign our rental agreement.We have a book in each home that provides Basic information about the house and the area ~ the wifi password, what day the trash is picked up ~ all types of useful information!
