The house belonged to Kevin's grandmother and was built in the 20's. The old house was torn down and a new one, a factory built house was put on the property in 2008. All features of the house reflect this well built, totally compliant house, which was his GrandMothers dream. The floor plan and all the details were representative of the OLD beach house and all the things she didn't like. That is one of the reasons the rooms are so large and there are three bathrooms. The bathroom in the Master bedroom suit is huge as is ALL the closets. The house is Green because she loved GREEN. At one time all the interior walls were a variation of green ~ that has been changed.
The house has a large open floor plan on the first floor. This open floor plan includes a large working kitchen and creates an atmosphere of unity and family fun. The first floor opens with sliding glass doors to a concrete platform and then the waterfront. This location provides all guests with the great view of the Bay. This property has a fence on both side yards so it is easy to determine where the property lines are. The large paved drive way was done after a storm because Kevin's Grandfather didn't like mowing the yard. The entire street side land area is available for parking.

Cars are the best way to get around locally. Milford does have a train station with an express to NYC taking approx 1.5 hrs.
GUESTS MUST RECYCLE ! Milford is very strict regarding recycling.
Each Guest must be willing to sign our rental agreement.We have a book in each home that provides Basic information about the house and the area ~ the wifi password, what day the trash is picked up ~ all types of useful information!
